WN1 have been really helpful since we set up our organisation, installing necessary hardware in our facility and making sure our IT systems were all in place for the team. They are always responsive with support requests and our changing IT needs. I have always found the team to be friendly on the phone when we require a quick turn-around!

When a customer takes the time to say thank you for the work we do for them, it tells me that the work you guys are doing as a team is excellent!
However the bigger picture here is that we have taken the time to understand the customers needs and have in fact helped them to resolve issues that exist outside of our normal sphere of work.
Nothing infuriates us all more than a supplier telling us “it’s not their problem” or “you need to ring someone else first before we can help”.
